Another quirk that we’ve found with Grants.gov:
When saving the file back down, it may take a long time for the Save to complete, but you can’t see this or tell when the Save is done. You should give it maybe 10 minutes or more before you try to move forward, reopen, or email it to someone. Otherwise, the recently added data is lost.
