DASNR Departments:
The VPR / OURS office has
issued a new routing sheet form that you should begin using
immediately. It is identified as version 02-16-05. The changes are
in a few of the boxes in Part 3 and a couple of the "Attachment" boxes. A
file with the routing is attached here. It is also available on the OURS
Web site at:
http://www.osu-ours.okstate.edu/Pages/Faculty-Shortcut/routings.htm
At this Web site is also an
updated "Guidelines for filing in the routing sheet."
