Dear Colleagues,

 

We are sending out the attached Scope of Work on behalf of USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service.  They are seeking university faculty to assist in developing a biosecurity and biosafety training program in collaboration with the National Institute of Animal Health in Thailand.  Interested universities should submit a brief statement of capabilities outlining previous experience in this area and describe their approach to meeting the specified objectives in the SOW.  Please submit these directly to the FAS contacts listed below; they are also the points of contact for any questions or further information.  FAS would like these expressions of interest by April 16, 2008.
