I wanted to follow-up Valerie Pogue’s email about the EPSCoR office moving to 415 Whitehurst and let you know the following offices will be moving to the second floor of Cordell North at the end of August. The Office of University Research Compliance is scheduled to move August 28, followed by my office (OURS), then the Office of Intellectual Property Management. After we are moved into Cordell North, the EPSCoR office will be moved into Whitehurst.
There will be at least two days, August 28 and 29 (assuming we are on schedule), where it will be difficult to process routings, not only for OURS, but also for Compliance. We would appreciate it if you could hold routings for those two days. If you absolutely have to process a rush routing, I will make arrangements for RUSH ROUTINGS ONLY to be processed in the VPR’s office.
I will send an email to the listserv right before we move to confirm the moving date. OURS will be located on the west end of Cordell North. There is an entrance to the building on the west end, and OURS will be located at the top of the stairs on the second floor.
